Terms Of Service

Basics- By commissioning me you are agreeing to these terms of services.-To commission me you can message me through my email at [email protected] or message me through any of my social medias listed on the "home" page.- I will send WIP photos throughout the process to ensure you are happy with how it looks- I reserve the right to refuse or cancel commissions i do not feel comfortable doing- turnaround time varies on what was commissioned, however we can discuss a rush fee if it is needed by a certain timePayment- All prices are shown in Canadian dollar (CAD)- Payment must be sent in full before i send the finished art- Payments are to be done through paypal or Ko-fi, if you cannot use either let me know and we can see if we can work out something else-Refunds are not available after the finished art has been sent but partial refunds are available if the work is not donecommissioner and artist rights- You may print it for personal use! (as in you can print as a sticker, poster, etc, for yourself but may not sell them!- You may not make profit off of my art (such as using it for ads or merchandise) (this does not apply to custom characters). If you're interested in purchasing a commission to use for profit let me know and we can discuss a merchandising fee-You may not use my art in any form of AI training, blockchain, or NFT under any circumstance.- I am able to share the commission i create on social media, as part of a gallery or in a portfolio. If you'd like for the commission to stay private let me know
